Dr. Artz is a surgeon serving Tucson and the surrounding communities. Katie S. Artz, MD, FACS, is a 2000-graduate of the University of Arizona College of Medicine. Her postgraduate training includes her obstetrics and gynecology internship conducted at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, and her general surgery residency served at Texas A & M College of Medicine/ Scott & White Medical Center – Temple in Temple, Texas. Dr. Artz attained board certification in general surgery with the American Board of General Surgery.
